as im changing over the old 4k to 4age, i need to use the new fuse and relay box off the new engine. is there any easy way of integrating the old fuse box loom into the new one? i only need to work out which plug is which as the wiring diagram in the haines workshop manual doesnt really help much.(This is for the 4K engine). Once I know these then wiring them to the new box shouldnt be too hard... i think! For more info - the wires circled in the pic below is what i need help working out which each plug does! thanks!

although it apears youre fairly committed already.. changing the body loom is a bad idea.

you need to just seperate the 20v engine loom, and run that only. it is only a case of supplying power to it then by way of adding a few relays..

if you want to pay for help getting it done i can refer you. to be honest i have a decent understanding compared to most people when it comes to wiring, but i am by no means an expert, so this is about all the help i can give.

if you run the 101 body loom you are going to end up with ALOT of extra wiring you dont need, and its just going to look un tidy.

surely its not that hard!the plugs on the body only power lights, ignition (main), heater and something else... The new relay/fuse box already has provisions for these so it should just be a simple case of reconnecting them. The problem i have is actually working out which plug is for what!
