Hey guys,
I've been pretty lazy and driving for bit without my throttle position sensor hooked up. The reason is because when its on it will rev to 4000 then bounce of that, then rev again, you cant hold it at one rev either.
I dont hav air sensor hooked on either, since i didnt have stock air box with 4age, i was wondering if their needed on it and how i can get tps to work correctly again ?

you have been driving it with no TPS? how does it drive??
the air temp sensor is not totally necessary to drive, but can help with fuel economy and tuning. fitting it into the air inlet pipe will do the same thing as the factory location.
you may need a replacement TPS. adjusting it to the correct position is important also. by setting it to the original position (you should be able to see witness marks) it should be all good

Yeh, well would i need fuel sensor to get it over the pits ? i just have pod filter

You could try adjusting it by ear.. I'm not sure how dodgy it is..
But have your car on and just turn the tps so your car idles properly, then rev it and see if it does that fuel cut rev bounce thing.. If it does, move it until it stops. Then keep testing till you find the spot that the car runs fine on.

If using a multimeter on the TPS you need to set it too ohms and measure the resistance across different pins.
Access/start on or anything like that not needed. look the tech docs the use to be on toymods, ive lost the link for it. It'll be in the 4AGE book.
