hey all
just wondering if 180sx wheels (stockers) would fit on an ae86
if anyones had them on there let me know if you ran into any clearance issues
cheers

Doubt it, even if they did they would look poxy because they would stick so far inwards.

i'm told you need spacers to avoid the inside of the wheel hitting the strut, the offsets something like 4 or 5mm too high

Stud pattern is the same but the offset sits them way inside the gaurds, so not only do they look terrible but they hit on the strut.

I tried s13 wheels on mine, they look really, really bad.

Just invert them for massive dish and much less scrubbing.

I has SR wheels on my old hachi and I had to use 7mm spacers..

They sat in to much for my liking but they did look 'ok'

But I only had them on there as I had no other wheels..

stock 180sx rims are like +40 or +42 offset 15x6 or similar
stock ae86 rims are like +27 offset 13x5 or similar

Why does everyone have this notion that Tasmania is some far away place where we live in the 1800's..

Without spacers, 180 wheels rub your strut on the front, but will fit the back, however their offset means they sit a long way in.

With 25mm bolton spacers, they sit nicely on the back, and I assume would work on the front, but have never tried.
