I can't remember if mine is complete. But I know I have a smallport dizzy, FWD cap and some leads. Will check if rotor button is still there. One of the mounting parts has been ground off though, for some unknown reason. Everything else looks pretty good.

Edit: Has rotor button, I just realised also that I've chopped the plug off and was just using spade terminals. Send me a PM if you're desperate, but this ones a bit ratty.
