fubar bleed nipple

ok heres the deal ive put s13 coilovers into my sprinter,went to bleed the brakes on the weekend did 3 and the last one is farked and wont undo.Ive tried wd40,vice grips,oil and even trying to heat it up with a oxy but it still wont come off...any advice will help

cut the top of the nipple off ,an drill it out?

if you cant get it off with vice grips then i think you may have to get another calliper.

it seems pretty odd that its that tight. but i would say that its pretty rooted by now, get a new calliper and fit that up. then you have all the time to try and get the nipple out, spare calliper if you need it.

try getting a very good 10mm (or what ever side) and use a hammer to smack it Loose.
it should:
A: Become lose
B: Snap off
C: ...
D: Profit
E: Use a rattle gun

the only way to undo brake lines and nipples is to use a flare nut spanner.

a 10mm spanner will round it straight away, if its as tight as he is saying.
rattle gun will round in in a millisecond, making the job even harder.
