"FF / MR mount 4AGE engines do not have a spigot bearing in the crankshaft. You can press a spigot bearing from an AE71/AE86 4A-C into the crankshaft"
i got this from rollaclub, sorri to be noob how exactly do i install 1 on.. is this an external part? or internal part

How are you going to install it if you can't read the instructions given above and press it into a crankshaft?
Do you know what a crankshaft is?

when you take the clutch cover off.. you will notice that in the middle of the crank there is a 20 cent piece size machined recess in the crank.. get a spirgot bearing for a ae86/ae71 rolla i think it's 6005? i think! and press is in the a socket that rests on the steel casing NOT the race.

Sure you got it from toymods? Thats part of my 4AGE RWD conversion FAQ on rollaclub..
