ae86 motors

hi hows everybody doing i recently just puchased myself my very own ae86 http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/2thumbs.gif despite all my friends telling me that i would never beable to get my hands on one. the next step is now to rip out the old 4ac and put in a new engine but now im not sure what i wana put in. i know you can put a 4age 16v or 20v or a 1g-gte, and i began to wonder how about a 3s-gte.
if anyone can give me their thoughts and experiences on the motors and what would be best it would be greatful.

man the engine topic has been covered sooo many times its not funny (especially recently).

3sgte is a VERY hard conversion which is not worth the trouble... even tho they are good motors, they're too front wheel drive oriented
