hi guys i attempted to remove my front guards to give it a quick spray can job and i managed to remove all the bolts except 1 which is down the bottom.

at the bottom theres 2 bolts about 1 or 2 inches away from each other..i cant seem to undo the bolt that is closer to the door.it just turns and turns and turns but it doesnt actually come out..i tried to pul it out with a pair of pliers but was unsuccessful..anyone got any ideas?..im pretty sure thats the last bolt that i have to undo because the guard was actually falling off already but without undoing the mentioned bolt it wont actually come out.

apply force with a flat blade screwdriver forcing the bolt out while turning the bolt with the spanner/rachet.
