4agze ignition system onto 4age bigport

ok i got the first gen 4age bigport is it possible to run the 4agze ignition system the coil packs crank angle ect if so can someone give me a list of everypart i need the proper names and mayby were i could get the hole lot from.

it is possible but you would need an ecu to control it

yep need an ecu, convert the dizzy to cas and then use 2 bosch igniters with the standard gze coil pack.

you might be able to use a gze cas just depends on the ecu.

The above boys are right. You'll need to get an aftermarket ECU and the coilpacks (unless one of the Kellam 20V converters could be made to work, probably way too much effort though)

However you can use the base of your dizzy as a CAS, just remove the button and cap and plate the top part off.

But the question remains as to why. If your current ignition system works fine then leave it. There are better things to spend the money on.

there is a bosch ignitor that will drive 2 coils
