getting tacho to work

hey,
just wondering how people got there tachos to work after converting to a ca? is it a easy job or should i look for a apexi rsm or something?

If you are taking your tacho signal from the ECU then look at the section:
- New engine/ECU outputting 5V square wave mating to voltage spike tacho

i ended up just putting autometer tacho in mine. it is just in front of the standard tacho. so it does not stand out too much.

Pivot tacho FTW. Fits perfectly in the original dash cluster in front of the tacho. Oh, but thats in a AE71..
