cams for 20v

getting 20v rebuilt and worked the guy making the cams wants to know what gear ratios and diff ratios i will be using also tyres sizes i have been searching but couldnt find some things

t50 ratio
what are the differences between 3.9, 4.3, 4.5 diff ratios as far as top speeds i want it for track use super sprints, hillclimbs

I am using the option 1 gearset and a 4.7 diff ratio in my race car,
Its great for smaller tracks and like wakefield, sprints and Rallying, but will run out of legs at EC.

a 4.5 would probably be ideal.
