why would it be moving.... if its mounted correctly it shouldnt be going no where no matter how hard you drive...

Ive got mine behind the passanger seat in the hachi where the rear seats once were....

wouldnt it be best in the boot on the passenger side to balance the car out a little?

probably but I just prefered it in the spot I put it... as it looked to bulky and out of place in the back in my car..... plus a little les cable needed and I can check the bat voltage easy by pressing the meter I put on the side of the bat box.. http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/2thumbs.gif

a lil off topic, but what is the advantage of moving your battery from the engine bay anyway? sonds like alot of work for not much gain?

to tidy up the engine bay and or make room when doing a turbo conversion ect..... no real major advantages man....... http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/smile.gif

i would only do it if running a 4AGTE or SR or something like that with the turbo on that side, as its easier to run filters etc when there is space there.

or if i had the whole kit from a previous car, which i do and is why i'm relocating my battery.
