im up to the stage where i need to setup a Crank Angle Sensor on my 20v in my KE25 corolla Race car, only due to the rules for ym class not allowing me to mod the firewall to fit the dizzy, Does anyone know anyone that is able to do this setup (prefer in syd),
Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Get an oil pump cover off a Japanese 7AFE, as most of those seem to have a crank angle sensor on them. You'll still need to sense TDC #1 though.

none of this is necessary because the factory crank angle sensor clears the firewall with heaps of room spare. I am running one and I still have my heater running to boot. You just need to take the dizzy cover off

oh yeah I just thought I would add that I know your talking about a ke35 and I am talking about a sprinter however I am thinking that if theres room for a 7afe sensor then theres room for one of these. Do you have a picture of this in your car?
