Hi
When I turn on my headlights my 20v sprinter can't idle properly, it stagers around 200-500 rpm.
At times it may even stall!
On top of that my headlights flash bright then dim then bright again.
Im not too sure what it could be, worst case senario it may be the alternator???
any ideas?

If it was a 16 valve the obvious answer would be that you don't have your idle up circuit functioning. Whenever you put load on the electrics with lights, heater, demister etc the idle up circuit raises the idle to compensate.
Not sure how you did your conversion but I reckon that is the likely reason.

I had the same problem.
My problem was caused by the TPS not being set properly. Make sure it has some resistance between idl and e2 at idle. You shouldn't need the idle up circuit as mine idles fine without it but I have a 16v.

Mine did idle but it had to be set high. Then it would stall at annoying times. Now all GT looms with idle ups so no more stalling.
