Last night the new owner Nick took delivery of his new toy, top bloke he seems and i'm sure he will take very good care of my baby that i have raised from it's humble beginnings all those years ago..

twas a sunny day in late november 2003 when i stumbled into Darren Appleton's car yard (Autoshop) whilst having a chat amongst mates, i saw a shape in the distance.. i said to myself 'that looks like a sprinter.... but it has a boot....?? from that miniute i knew i had to have it, deposit was given, the car wasn't yet complied or regestered etc etc but i had to have it.. then on the 5th december i took delivery of her, stock as they come cept for wheels, and a steering wheel...

since then the car has seen many good times.... some of those good times i dare not speak of to my current girlfriend ( http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/wink.gif ) , most of the good times were had on various mountains being chased by various types of higher powered cars like 180sx's and wrx's.. and has seen the inside of my garage most of the time, as that is where it has been hiding most of it's aussie life, she doesn't like staying outside at night...

the keys have been past on, but the memories stay with me.. and everytime i see this car, no matter what number plate she wears, i will always know my creation as IAE86 - Mattys old Levin...

when you take the time 3 years to build a car like this, have soo much of your blood sweat and tears go into it, it is always sad to see it go, and i know i will regret it later on.. but things need to be done sometimes...

Diamante (sic?) you didn't get that JDM centre garnish to call it a "Magna"

also indeed sad news it's no longer in your possession. good luck with the next project.
