hey hey

Im wanting to use a bosch 044 efi pressure pump for my 4AGZE into KE70.
I know its overkill so shut up about using a 044 http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/wtf.gif .

Bosch 044
Specs:
Performance Operates: 325 LHP
Supply voltage 13.5V
Current consumption 13A
Weight 1030g
External pump (recommended)
Connections:
Intake side M18 x 1.5
Pressure side M12 x 1.5
Electrical +:M6 / -:M5
Price $335 + $10 Express Postage.

Now my Q is it will pump a fuck load of fuel to the motor and it wont use it all so when it goes into the return line will the line be big enough for it to flow back to the tank without over pressureing cause it cant flow back quick enough ?

Long question short: Will i need bigger return lines for it to flow nicely ?

The kesev has 2 big lines that run from tank to engine bay as well as a smaller third one.

Use the 2 bigger ones as feed and return.

If you are using standard feed I don't see a problem with running the same size for return.

bosch 910 (genuine brand new) i got off ebay for $140 delivered. it was for my brother-in-laws vl turbo, we put a microtech and bigger cooler and stuff, now it hammers!!
so i think a 910 will be heaps!

i wouldnt bother with a second hand pump its not worth it!

why they cost less than half the price and nothing ever really goes wrong with them.

Might as well go new when the wreckers down here want $80 for a 2nd job and $140 for a new bosch one sounds good to me. http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/wink.gif
