15s and 16s mags

my mate is looking to get some mags for his turbo 280ZX and he was looking for either 15s or 16s, doesn't have to have tyres. and he wants them to have either 0 or little bit negative offset and he doesn't want to spend to much. and the stud pattern is the same as the sprinters. and his in newcastle so any where around here or sydney and everywhere in between.
