Is the 260Z stud pattern the same as a ke70 stud pattern?
I just want a yes or no answer

Cant be definately sure, however most Nissand 4 stud patterns are the same is ke70 and ae86 etc

You have to make sure that the stud pattern is 4 x 114.3

Yes they are... 4x114.3 PCD but im unsure of the offset. Spacers MAY be required depending on rim size and offset.
