There are two way to do this:

Use a puller with little arms that can get inside the bearing.

Or use a slide hammer with a little attachment to get inside the bearing hole.

there are many more than two ways, and both ways described are pretty much the same.

one way is to pack behind the bearing with grease (better than grease is wet newspaper) and hammer something into the hole forcing the bearing out.

another way is to get two bolts jammed in the hole and lever the bearing out with them.

Slide hammer will work but ive never had success with the other techniques mentioned.

Do what i did and go to your local clutch supplier and ask to borrow one of their spigot/bearing removers, may cost you 5-10$ but saves alot of fuking around with grease and wet newspaper.

Packing grease behind the bearing is the way we do it at work....

Yes, if your slide hammer has an attachment that will get behind the bearing

I've seen people pack it full of gease and hammer a bolt into the middle and the pressure created pops the spigot out...

But where I work, we actually sell a dedicated spigot bearing remover which has three prongs
