Reversing rims

Hi

Pretty new here and seeking some tech info about the reversing of weak rims.

I have 2 pairs of 'weak' dori's

1st pair are 7.5 x 15 and a +17 offset
2nd are 7.5 x 15 and a better +4 offset.

Wanted to know the rundown of reversing them (pretty sure they are 3 pc)
I know they will need to be resealed etc but wanted to know what offsets would they result in.
