i dont no where u learnt about business but the customer is everything... you cant get business without customers, and if u treat them like shit they will never come back ( unless its some wicked cool niche market). if he doesnt have time to worry about one customer, then wouldnt that appeal to all customers? since 90% of his customers would be single person dealings?

im sure, ill get in contact with him tomorrow/soon maybe he's just been really busy and couldnt keep up with the load, and had to sacrifise a few things.

Do you run a business? Sometimes you just need a break, if you dont you will burnout, sometimes resulting in close of business. The way the world is at the moment, you look after yourself before anyone else. Theres always going to be other customers if you offer a good product. Sure customer service is really important but isnt the end all.

Just keep trying and be patient. Sometimes he takes a while, but that's because no one else in the industry is willin to deal with us tight ass AE/KE/TE guys. He always comes through with the goods eventually though.

it sure is a high priority, but just think of being in his shoes. you get some guy (anyone at all noone in particular) asking for a bunch of stuff. he gets the price, and thinks its too high and tries to get hektik discount. he would have to deal with that kind of shit every week. and then you get some guy who asked for parts asap and says he will pay you when he gets them and it takes him a month or so to get your money out of him. he has to deal with that aswell. trust me, small business being runned by yourself is fustrating. then you get telemarketer calls every 10 seconds.... not easy at all to run your own small business. yes you try and make everyone equal and try help everyone out, but sometimes it cant be like that all the time something goes wrong, you have to fix it and accidentally forget someone. not having a go at anyone but just saying what i think.. i think im going crazy http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/crazy.gif

i was actually going to make a thread of my own

i have been VERY busy moving everything and setting up my workshop, tie that in with the fact my computer crashed and broadband for the workshop is a 'two week wait' so i havent been online

my mobile chews batteries like chinese cordless tools

we have finally set up and internet isnt far away and i will endevour to get back to each and everyone of you

i have since employed some help last week and they will be working for me at least until things are under control

if i miss your phone call or dont reply to your pm, i would like to take this oppotunity to apologise to you, after all you are my business, without you my business is nothing - i will get back to you

i do make an effort to get back to everyone, talk to you out at the track and go on cruises etc
