Are you talking about what I call a steering knuckle? A forged steel arm that is about 150mm long? If so, I think the XT130 knuckles are the same as the RA23 ones, and both a bit longer than AE86. If you want short ones you want the "power steering" ones. Avaliable new from Toyota.
If you are talking about lower control arms (a pressed steel channel about 300mm long), then the XT130/KE30/RA23 ones are all the same and all longer than AE86/KE70.

I measured up some at u-pull it one day... all the cars i found were longer, except for possibly the mx73 cressidas, ( i think??? can't remember) but the bolt spacing for the strut should be larger on a cressy...

I run corona LCA's with power steering arms. LCA's are definetly longer and the power steering arms are shorter (both good if you're after - camber and lock). It's worth saving for the PS arms IMO cause they fit straight up.
