I doubt they are any less legal than most aftermarket steering wheels, if you paint them flat black they will look a lot more legal...

where can you get spacers like the ones you have pictured? pending cost i want one!

100% illegal! but as has been said some matt black or a rubber boot and cops would be none the wiser

because they modify the steering column,

dude face it EVERY modification all of us ever attemp or complete is in some way to some body ILLEGAL

thats them, l got bought mine from his ebay store, l got a red 80mm. Its a bugger how there illegal but ahwell l need one so l can use my wheel.

I went and got a quick release, figgured everything would be illegal so might as well get something cool, lol
