Anyway i was just wondering if anybody else on here loved their music?

I just got one of their old albums, a matter of time, which was only released on vinyl. I got it from a mate who is also pretty much in love with aussie hip hop. Does anybody else on here have any of their older, vinyl albums that have been ripped to cd or whatever? If so ill gladly swap/pay for copies http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/emoticons/biggrin.gif So far i have A matter of time, Left foot right foot, The calling and The hard road. So yeah... if anybody else wants to share the love or if you have access to some of their rarer music post up!

Fuck yeh man i love Hilltoop Hoods listen to it everyday but i only have Left Foot Right Foot, The Calling and The Hard Road. They are going to do a release of A Matter of Time on its 10th anniversary 2009 on vinyl as it was never released on vinyl. They have ruled out a re release of Back once again. The only place i have seen it is on ebay and it ends up selling for about 300-400 so its outamy price range. Highlander was a demo and even suffa doesnt have a copy, so i have no idea where you could get that from i have the address were you can download Back Once Again and A Matter Time from if you want that?

Yeh Bliss n Eso are pretty good i like a few of there songs but as you say the american shit kinda kills it im over all the american rap thats what got me into hip hop music but ive moved on to Aussie Hip Hop for sure it is so fucking good and all relates to us, unlike american rap.

Hilltop are ok, they put on a good live show.
Im not a fan of Bliss N Eso, they are too try hard American wannabe's.

In my opinion some of the best aussie acts around these days check out Hermitude, Astronomy Class, Katalyst, Muph & Plutonic, The Herd and pretty much anything on the Elefant Traks Label.

I hail from Blackwood in Adelaide, which is where MANY hiphop groups have come from. There are more MC's and Dj's coming out of my hood than you can poke a stick at. There is a mad culture around here.

Hardly, their style has remained the same the whole way throughout their progression apart from a couple of pop songs to get the australian hip hop awareness up. Catchy tunes. AANNNDD???
