Nope.. they dont.
There are 4 settings on the switch that is located on the left side of the guage bezel.. like yours.
Instead of there being a...
OFF
INT
LOW
HIGH
There is..
OFF
INT
ON
and OFF (with the lights remaining up)
The high beams are activated by the turn signal being pushed forward and flashing the beams is by pulling it back. There is NO timer on them. However... If you were to leave your lights on AFTER turning off your car, as soon as you open the door, they shut off automatically. If you were to have the door already open when you turned off the car with the lights on, the lights will stay on. Once again, there is NO timing mechanism involved. do you have any relays spare coz i think mine are cooked

price and availibty if you can hook a ozzi bro up
