another noob 4age question

alright. currently got a bigport 4age 16v, looking at giving it a fresh up by new piston rings and what not putting a microtech computer in it, and cams.
seeing if it is worth it or buying a new good condition 20v?

personally i think do the 16v route.. you wouldn't know the condition of the 20v and giving the 16v new pistons and what not would make it pretty fresh, and additionaly, with cams it should be quicker than the 20v..
