I don't have my car on the property atm so I can't check for myself, How do the bonnet hinges attach to the firewall? Are they easy to replace? Do hinges from any other Toyota's match and may be used as a substitute for AE86 hinges?

They are easy to replace, but don't often fail. Hinges from a KE70 or AE82 would be similar, but are probably different in some way also.

Front of my car was hit side on and the hinges are bent.

Easy to replace... How are they mounted? I'm sure they are quite similar to other cars... Will they work though?

KE70 hinges are COMPLETELY different.

I would try and see if AE82 hinges are similar. The hinges are simply a bracket with a hinge and are fixed via two bolts above the firewall. They fit on the flatish section below where the wiper holes are.
