Body kits what do you have and where did you get it?

I am at the stage in my build where I have a little extra cash and I was thinking of spending it on making the hatchi look a little better. Originally I was just going to go for a nice clean sleeper/stock look with a nice respray, but I would like a much more aggressive look now. Problem is i’m not really sure where to start looking. SO if you don’t mind postup what kit you have, with pic if you can and some info on where you got it from. Or even if you know somewhere to get katchi kits from in aus

monkey warehouse does vertex style and uras style, uras style is actually origin though lol.

another online bloke does some others.

empire aero does d max

so you can get the 2 origin types or vertex or dmax pretty easy.

there yeah cat colero has genuine uras in stock. i have one on my car and its a pretty nice front bar, not too deep which is good, just a basic design.

How much did the genuine uras kit set you guys back ?

Also how are the fitments for the other kits like the dmax ?
Dmax are on special for $550 atm :-).

I got a full genuine URAS kit from East Coast Customs - via Cat Colero. Last new one is Oz apperently. They said she wasn't gettin' any for a while cos of the dollar.

$1350 + shipping.

With Dmax front gaurds and origin bolt ons (both 30mm), I reckon it should give my car a pretty angry look... But the gaurds and flares are only cos I insisted on having -22 offset...

O.G. jblood kit will always be the dopest 86 kit...

Uras front bar is v.nice (would be my 1st choice), dont like the skirts or rear bar.

Vertex looks like poo

Origin is a bit better..


I have genuine Origin bar, think I got it from JMS years ago
and copy jblood skirts and pods, got them off ken streeter years ago too... they still live, but wouldnt of touched his bars at all... more bow than an anorexic chicks legs

if you want it to look better try buyin an OEM lip and some kouki lights and fog lights, panda ur bumpers and put some nice offset 14's on it, will look a shit load better than any kit and attract wayyy less cop attentiion

i got...
D-MAX original front fenders with +25mm guard width all fibreglass
TRD copy duck tail
Uras front fibreglass bumper
Uras rear fibreglass bumper
Uras fibreglass side skirts

The front fenders and front bumper are getting sprayed and the side skirts given a touch up.
will get pics up as soon as its sprayed

copy veilside combat kit to suit jza80 supra, modded to fit CE lancer, then modded to fit ae86... thats what i run on my trueno

ive got oem skirts and foggies up front, just trying to find a decent lip that wont break the bank.
so untill i do, the vertex kit that came with the car will do just fine :)

the price of a dmax or origin kit in australia with shipping to me was about the same...so be fucked if i was going to get one of them and look like every other car...i do owe ken alot for going thru the hassle of hooking me up tho :D much love and respect to the asian kent

i mean as in make a mould so i can get copies made if i should fuck one lol
