Which type of AE86 do you like better? Is it the Coupe or Hatch, Trueno front or Levin front?

Hmmm re convertible:

Have thought about it, but I'm not sure if if would look that good in real life, and it goes against the traditional AE86 look. Would turn heads on the street but, thats for sure.

I'm on par with a Levin Hatch and a Trueno Hatch. Then if I was to get a coupe, it would be a trueno coupe. Not really a fan of the Levin coupe... looks a bit odd?

I like the Trueno pop-up light thing, but I think Levin lights look far better than retracted pop-up lights. So the ideal situation would be to drive a Levin during the day and a Trueno at night.

By the way, this thread really would have worked well with a Poll, lol.

ALL HATCHES. coupes are not my cup of tea. there seems, in my mind, no reason to select the coupe over a ke70/ae71/te71/te72.

the hatch is the cult 86 shape. and i think that ke70s are a far better looking sedan/coupe than the bastardised ae86 version known as the coupe.

in defence for my flaming i would add that 86 coupes are better looking than any car, bar the 86 hatches and ke's.

The differences are the 2 DOOR (sedan style boot) and 3 DOOR (hatchback style boot).

I don't know why...and I aint one to give a shit on technicallities, but it shits me in this case when people call the 2 door a coupe.
