hey tehre people, heres my problem
all the gauges on my cluster arent working only the speed is working
i've checked all fuses and behind cluster to see if plug fell out but its all good
i checked all the earths and their all good..

anyone suggest anythin else i should try ?
i just recently got the car and found out that the gauges arent working.

i had the same problem then it went away... i don't know y

Hi

It is more than likly the voltage stablizer that is rooted. It reduces the voltage from battery voltage to 5 volts from memory so that the car doesn't have to rely on a full 12volts for the gauges to work. An auto electrician should be able to help and you could save a heap by removing the instrument cluster for him. I think they are about $20.

^ mine has done that twice now, usually after "spirted" driving. same sort of deal i couldnt figure out what was wrong > auto sparky charged 30 bucks to fix it, haven't been back to see him for the second time yet this time i would like a permanent solution
