Camber top washers

does anyone know the dimensions for the camber top washers you get when you buy camber tops

what i need is the inner diameter, outer diameter and thickness

i have the flat type and the raised type

which one you need?

the raised type is a new design

I just got some new strut tops and the spacers that come with them are:

15mm id
22mm od
5mm thick
