Why do you need to know this, and where are you measureing the pressure? And how far open are the throttles when you measure pressure?

Obviosly there is a normal amount of vacuum with the throttles closed, measured at the mini air chamber thing that has all the hoses coming off it, as vacuum is used to drive the brake booster and operate a couple of random sensors and levers. Including the MAP sensor.

A air flow gauge can be used to tune the throttles, to make sure all the throttles open and close together. This is set fairly well at the factory and often does not need to be touched.
