hey guys im thinking of getting a set of seats out of a silvia would it be hard to take the seats out of the sprinter n mount
the rails onto a different pair of seats ? :unsure:

sprinter seat rails are riveted to the seat base, and need to have the rivets drilled out to remove them. Would probably not be worth going to all the effort to fit silvia seats, as they aren't much better than the ADM sprinter ones.

I'd save my money up for some proper fixed backs, or try and find some JDM sprinter seats, as these are very comfy and supportive.

yeh i wouldn't bother with stock silvia seats, iv sat in them and they offer minimal support, save up for a decent 2nd hand bride or go and have a look at Natune, they sell sparco seats for cheap.

As far as mounting goes you will probably need to get your stock rails modify'd, most people that are handy with a welder will be able to do that for you for pretty cheap, or if you did go the bride way you could buy a bolt in rail for an 86 that will suit your seat and would be 100% legal then.
