185 60 r14 stretched on a 8.5-5
firestone som model but hard tho want a softer compound but that dosnt make a huge difference ive been trying diff componnds out
-2 camber
+2 degrees castor
also have lock spacer and ps arms
its mainly noticable when cornering at high speeds the back grips well but fornt feels loose

is your front end slippry?
lol
you need more caster, better tyres
BUT
perhaps the rear is TOO soft or too grippy....
come down when you get a chance and i will have a look
ae86s dont slide by themselves, i dunno if you have seen me get loose in a stocker, its a fuckn work out!!!! hahaha

what improvment will bigger sway bars do?
and +3.5 degrees of castor is about right?

what spring rates are you running? if the front is to stiff it will understeer to much, and if the rear is to soft it will understeer as well. like my car does :2thumbs:
a stiffer front sway bar will increase understeer, a stiffer rear sway bar will increase over steer.

front springs 7.5
rear springs 5.5
trd 8 way adj shocks

you have too much stretch on your tyres, at least go to a 195 :2thumbs:

id go for a 195 tyre on the front instead of a 185, every little bit might help! You could even go a 205 happily and still streched if its an 8.5 inch rim.

Yo slippry, definately go 195/60's over 185's.
More castor will also help, max out the stock castor rods!
rear swaybar will help also with turn in.

if your trying to drift maybe adapt the way your driving.. use the handbreak insted of trying to power over.. ;)
need to set the car up for what you want it to do? drift right thats why you want the rear to 'kik' out? quick fix its very grippy front tyres

locker is the main problem but id be lookingat more camber on the front and max out the castor!!! rear sway bar will do some, i am running the stock front 1 in my drift car. get some good quality tyres on the front!!!
I am having the exact same problem with my street 86 with an open wheeler but i found it was the low quality tyres causing the problems!!!

trd shock settings 7 at front and 6 at rear?
lower the front a bit and raise the rear higher than the front. also get some bracing

he does use handbrake to induce the oversteer, but has to back off cause the front is loose ,
