Translate for me

Just looking on the work site, wondering if anyone could give me a translation.

Just wanting to know if the ones I've heightlighted are definately available in 4x114.3 etc... to fit a sprinter. And what does the second part of the chart mean, cause I noticed most of the first section are all pos offset (fwd section?)

Also anyone know the difference between big caliper and standard, is that just the inside diameter??
Also what's with the measurement next to the offset number. Is that number of mm from the edge of the rim to spokes?

Was trying to look for that thread earlier but couldn't find it for the life of me. Thanks. I got the chart in this thread after alot of searching then finally finding the work site :) And I'm looking at meisters in particular, not the equip range.
