Disconnect all of the pipes, undo the nuts and pull him off. It might be a little stubborn, remember it has probably never been taken off before.

Make sure that you reseal it when you put it back on, and that you dont over tighten the nuts or you will have problems.

Rubber mallet to loosen the fucker up.

Or if you're in the same position as me and the covers have been stuck down with gasket glue you just leave them :P or carefull wedge in with a screwdriver.

Another wat is just get a long screwdriver and try lever it off, just make sure its not being levered on anything that will bend/brake.

Just give it a few goes at seperate spots and it should eventually lift off

Yep the rubber mallet is the way along with the screw driver for the stubborn ones.

The only reason they become tight is that the rubber seal with a metal cap that are under the nuts where the rocker covers bolt down have a top that's wider than the gap you put them in. Just get a screwdriver and pry all 8 washers off, they're on really damn tight. Once there off the cover will come off with minimal force.

Put screwdrivers under alloy parts to pry as a last resort, a bad score and you'll have a leaky rocker cover that has to be blue goo'd on to ever have a chance of sealing.
