adjusting speedo

hey,
this is a bit a of noob question but i just go a new diff in and i was woundering who adjusts the speed so it is correct now. like a mechanic or engineer.

Should only need to adjust it if you got a diff with a far different ratio to the original... What was the old and new ratios??

the old was standard s series and unshore off new one pretty sure its stock hulix lsd

Also interested in this as i am changing rear ratio to 4.1

There is a tech thread on changing speedo drive gears to match new final drives... I could post link but I'm lazy.

Johnny Rochester detailed all the combinations and had equation for working it out etc. look through his posts.
