4age jap airbox

i am wanting to buy a jap 4age airbox and spark plug covers as i need these to pass road worthy.

theres at least one company that sells an after market airbox i used to see adds for it in street machine years ago its like a cylinder with a pod type filter inside that sits inline in ur air intake piping and is totaly enclosed if u can find something like that and secure it down good it should pass roadworthy, might be easier/cheaper to get a jdm box i donno?? alot of mechanics here will let it slide if u have a pod and never said anything about my lack of spark plug cover, maybe try another guy?
