need torque settings for 20v asap.

hey all its timmay.. me kallum (kalimantan) are just here at brendans puttin his trd 0.5mm HG on brendans sprinter and need to know the torque settings for his 20v... brendan forgot to get the setting as they didnt come with the gasket

just did a search came up with this

Incidently 4AGE cyl head bolt Torque settings are:

Stage1 - 29 Nm (in seq.)
stage2 - Another 90 diagrees (in seq.)
&
stage3 - A further 90 diagrees (in seq.)

no specific to 20valve but im 99% sure thats the settings we used when i did my head gasket a while back
