Hey guys,
My dizzy on my 4ag in my 70 has started to leak a bit lately. I thougt it was the o-ring where it goes into the cylinder head so i changed that, but it is still doing it.
I took the cap off and there is oil leaking inside the dizzy body.... Are shaft seals for them available from toyota?

Not seperatly. I'm pretty sure you have to buy the whole dizzy... unless you know someone :)
Why don't you call Toyota?
I've try to match it in an aftermarket type, a narrower version is available but the biggest difference is that it will not have a Helix on the lip (ie, the grooves which push the oil back in)

and look under corolla (not sprinter). $24.99 USD plus postage.

A auto electrician will charge you $100 for a new seal to be put in (full pull down), or you can do it yourself (a guide on toymods somewhere) if you can find the seal as its not a part which toyota sell.
Much easier to buy the kit from where parrot listed though.

if your going to pull the dizzy down, you should get a new bearing and fit that also......
