hey there.
I have almost finished wiring up my hektik new lt10 - Mircroleb.
anyways.... i have to finalyl wire up my SC-12. out of the LT10 i have one of the AUX# outputs setup as a triger/control for the Sc-12 clutch.
anyways...what im wanting to know.. is if i hook up a 30amp "mini" relay (the ones with 2x ACC outputs) ahd have it wired like the below.. will it be okay??? the power is comming from the alternator - and has a 15 amp fuse inline.
30 - POWER (fused)
85 - AUX Trigger
86 - Negative/ -ve of SC-12
87 - +ve of Sc-12
Cheers,

No, the two wires from the SC clutch shouldn't be connected together like that.
The SC +ve wire should be connected to fused IG+ (has 12 only when the key is turned to ON), the -ve wire should be connected to the relay pin (not sure of numbers, but one of the switched pins) and the other switched pin should be connected to the chassis (0V).
The coil pins should be connected to fused IG+ and the Microtech Aux out pin (that assumes the Aux pin pulls to earth when active, which most do).

Hen!!!! Cheers for that... im still a little lost.... can you knock up a piant mud map??? sounds like i was on the right track kinda but they need Accesories 12v +ve power.. not constant 12v -battery power.
the coils... I've been told that some people that run 4x bosch coils have had issues running them like that, getting miss-fire etc.. I have been told because of that run the 4x coils of 2x 2acc 30 amp relays.. that have constant 30amp power, but are switched by the igniton power. makes more better power to the coils...

Sorry, when I say coil I mean coil of the relay. A relay has a coil and a switched contact. Connecting 12V across the coil closes the switched contact. I can never remember which numbers are which.
Will draw a pic some time later when I have a moment.

85 and 86 are the two coil switching pins (12v across then and it switchs it on)
87 is the output
30 is the fused battery power (depending on what way you are switching it posative or earth swtiching)
Its simple. It has it writen on the top of the relay (bosch or any aftermarket ones do anyway)
I said i would help you ryan you just gotta pick me up on the weekend

^^^ LOL thats the weekend.. thats not now! lol.. you know i can be impatient. lol
The last things i have to do are the sc12 relay and the plug in the fuel pumps.
Yea i know now how the Relays work! and its not that hard when you think about it... just wasnt too sure on what switching the sc-12 needed. and it sounds like it needed IG+ power not 12 +ve (constant) power.
