dear god
i shudder at the thought
proper plug socket and ratchet please, at most slip a 19mm ring spanner on the ratchet so you have extra leverage
or buy that plug socket in 1/2 inch and use a breaker bar
i shuddered again...

Sweet jesus. That'd suck arse if you did.
Just make sure you have the correct socket and some good leverage to crack it if it's really stubborn.

I'd be hunting down who ever the fuck did them up so tight!
They only need to be nipped back in.

spray some CRC down there and leave it for a while, then use proper tools
if you cant get it out, leave it for them

ive seen captain thread do it at my work
he rotates the engine so the cylinder in question is on exhaust stroke then puts a vacumn cleaner on the exhaust pipe and procedes to tap the new hole
the theory is that the swarf will be sucked out through the exhaust valve.......sounds good, but i dont think its THAT effective

by rounded you mean the hex will round? i have never heard of this happening. the plug will shatter well before that.
you can also get single hex and double hex spark plug sockets. go with single if ur scared
