Steering Rack to Xmember Mounting Issues (Passenger Side)

Hey guys im having a few issues with what goes where when mounting my rebuilt steering ack stupidly i didnt take photos when taking the old one off anyway this is what it looks like

as you can see the drivers side is fine but the other side isnt held down i have the bracket that goes around the rubber bush which is not in the photo how ever the holes on the bracket dont line up with the ones on the xmember am i missing something i.e a spacer between the bracket and xmember, not too sure on this one any help appreciated

There is no spacer. Maybe the bracket is bent.

does the curved part of the bracket go under the rubber mount or over like the other side

hmmm does the bracket sit firm against the xmember ?
