View Full Version : how to connect exhaust to jdm rwd manifold

hey guys is anyone here using jdm cast exhaust mani? if so how did you connect an exhaust up to it? will most exhaust shops have the flange?

exhaust shops hav everythin to do exhausts. thats why they're called exhaust shops lol :P sorry dude had to, never having seen a jdm mani, i would take a guess and say that ur local zorst shop would hav all u need

i bought mine with the tube 2-1 bit, it shouldnt be too hard to get the flange made up but most exhaust shops arent known for their high quality fabrication skills.

i think the flange is the same as the FWD engies, not too sure though.

its just a flat flange plate with two pipes welded thrugh it, uses pretty normal ring gaskets.

im not gonna go take pics and post it, u wnt the 3 bolt flange, with the 2 holes. if u wnt it come get itt ill ct it off cause i want the flange off the head, im not gonna charge for it its no good to me

4-2-1 mani, it bolts onto 2 pipes then into one. the one Ive seen looks custom so im assuming the shop can make it for you
