Look like 86kw ones to me from your photo.
It appears the crown is lower than the lip, if they were 100kw I would be interested.

Early 3 rib block 86kw had an 18mm pin
,....later 7 rib block had 20mm pin and 86kw no oil squirters
....additionally they had 20mm pin and 100kw in the 7 rib block with oil squirters..

hey,
so how do you use these when you rebuild the motor? Doesnt the bore always need enlarging on the rebuild? I ask this because i have a 4age smallport block here which has nothing wrong with the bores which these could fit. :)

get the inside faced and slightly larger piston rings?
browneye
12th December 2007, 05:52 PM
These will fit with a normal hone and new rings...
That was my intention until I saw the bores on my motor...they have a few ridges and require a 1mm overbore

PS Cuzzo... Make me an offer...these have to go...
