bn skirts?

hey. Just wondering Are bn sports side skirts way to low for a legal street car with out looking like a 4 wheel drive (standered height with big gap between guards and wheels) Im pretty sure any lower than 100mm its classified illegally low. Any help would be appreciated.

im gunna go with yes... they are quite large side skirts.
