AE71 seat rails

Howdy

I'm wondering how you guys with ae71's with aftermarket seats go about finding rails.

do you;

Modify the standard rails? (i'm thinking this will make the seat quite high)

find ae71 rails to suit the seat? (highly unlikely for brides, recaro's etc.)

use ae86, ke70 or some other rails that seem to fit?

Custom? ($$$?)



I'm looking to get a fixed back bucket of decent quality soonish and I would love to know what the dealio is.

i think ae86 seat rails fit with little modification one of the bolt holes is a little off

the front left bolt hole is out by about 15mm, i just cut and shut mine :unsure:

yah its pretty much a custom job anything else is pretty dodge.....

How did you do yours callum? (do you have a decent seat?)

Also, who does these custom rails and are they expensive?

NFS did mine,, i got a fixed back now and ill have a reclinable in the passanger
