In Australia not many cars came with the S series diff besides the AE86. Overseas there were many.

It will not be too hard to find a AE86 diff and axle. Try the for sale section

I suspect you don't want a S series diff specifically, you want a diff and rear axle housing to get your AE86 mobile. Yes?

I could list every vehicle that came wih a S series diff, but that would not help you.

Get a rear axle housing and whole diff assembly from a TE72, RA40, RA60? AE86, KE70, RT132... And there will be ways to make it work.

went to wreckers yesterday and found a old corona (rt132) it has a t series, looks like your normal t series to me. how hard would it be to fit it in my 86?

I have measured this up once. I think it will fit. Similar deal to putting a RA40 diff in your car. You just need a adjustable panhard rod, I think...

It is maybe 5 or 10mm wider than a AE86 one.

It will fit. If not, then invest in a angle grinder and a MIG. It won't be hard.

You need the rear half of a T-18 tailshaft as usual.

are the ra40 diff t series?

correect me if im wrong. you get wider track from the ra40 diff and need adjustable panhard to align the diff in the middle.

the t-18 rear tailshaft bolts straight on to a 86 tailshaft and to any t series diff?
