KE70 - noisy rear end

Hey, the car did have a locked diff, now has an open centre. the rear end is noisy, sounds like its loose. it also shakes a bit when taking off. i believe it may be a uni joint, but other opinions would be great.

you need to be more specific about the location the shaking originates from etc... a quick diagnosis could be the backlash setting on the open centre. were the ring bolts torqued to the right rating? work your way from the centre outwards
