chasing details of capacity and powerand any info and will it fit into 86....cheers rich

heres what might be needed assiming that the E block doesnt have a RWD gearbox to suit:
- custom intake piping and intercooling
- custom bellhousing
- custom clutch
- custom water cooling lines
- An aftermarket ecu or dli converter
- custom intake manifold
- probably a custom exhuast manifold and system
other than that I think the physical packaging is all ok

Theres a link on rollaclub which shows an older corolla with a rwd mounted 4efte. According to that it has a custom adapter for a T50 gearbox.
Its a 1.3L, doesnt rev too much from stock. My old starlet seemed to prefer midrange revs, as opposed to revving the crap out of a 4age.
They dont use much fuel at all, well mine didnt..
I dont know why youd want to put one in an 86, though it would be interesting to see

I know of a 4E-FTE that was put in a AE92. That is relatively strait forward I think. Not the best setup, the owner just did it because they had the motor I think.
